Every organization talks about its people being its greatest asset. At Evans Inc., 2025 gave us plenty of chances to prove it. This past year brought real complexity — for our clients, our industry, and our teams. And yet, what stood out most wasn’t the challenge. It was the way our people responded to it: with creativity, collaboration, and a steady commitment to doing right by each other and the federal missions we support.
That’s what our annual awards are designed to recognize: the kind of consistent, human-centered effort that makes the whole organization stronger.
