Multi-year design stalemate across four competing operational space layouts with legacy philosophies creating inefficient workarounds and stakeholder deadlock preventing path forward.

We utilized warfighter co-creation sessions and a “Combat as a Function” framework to generate 49 operational concepts, using interactive visualizations and data-driven analysis to align stakeholders under evidence-based design.
