We’re thrilled to share that Bobbi DeSantis has won the coveted Values & Culture Award, dedicated to honoring the legacy of Ana Gross! Bobbi is the heartbeat of the Evans team. She’s the first person everyone turns to for updates, advice, or a moment of encouragement. Her unwavering positivity and genuine support bring energy to every corner of the office, making her an irreplaceable part of our daily lives. From managing the logistics of in-office events to building meaningful connections with every team member, Bobbi consistently goes above and beyond to help the team flourish. Her attention to detail, optimism, and ability to keep everything running seamlessly remind us every day just how lucky we are to have her.
Our Rockstar Rookie award goes to Jasmine Armwood (Strategic Infrastructure) and Allison Johnston (Client Delivery). Both made their mark at Evans between July 2023 and June 2024, with outstanding commitments to superior service. Their initiative and sense of ownership, combined with their ability to build strong and meaningful collaborations, have consistently impressed us. These qualities not only drive their current success but also fuel our excitement as we look forward to the remarkable accomplishments we are confident they will achieve in the future.
Ellesse Krall has earned the Collaborator award for her incredible ability to see connections between projects, people, and opportunities. Her talent for brainstorming innovative ideas to propel us forward and leveraging her network has given Evans valuable footholds within the Government community. Known for her exceptional collaboration skills, Ellesse excels at facilitating meaningful conversations that drive progress. With a clear goal in mind, she creates shared visions that maximize the impact of every event and initiative, making her an invaluable asset to our team.
We’re excited to celebrate our Solutionist award winner, Timothy McElroy! Timothy’s passion for learning and his appreciation for design thinking have been key to his success. He actively seeks constructive feedback to refine his work and amplify his impact. Timothy’s willingness to challenge assumptions and push boundaries inspires us all to aim higher and find new opportunities for growth. We’re proud to have him on our team and can’t wait to see what he accomplishes next!
