Jack Moore
Managing Partner

At Evans, Jack Moore decodes organizational complexity through the lens of data-driven pattern recognition. He connects validated insights with bold possibilities, engineering breakthroughs that transform how organizations operate. His greatest impact comes from unlocking potential in others—equipping leaders to turn analytical insights into measurable transformation.
Jack embraces neurodiversity as sharpening his analytical edge. Where others see data points, his ADHD helps him spot the strategic patterns that reveal hidden opportunities. This distinctive perspective, paired with his talent for authentic connection, turns empirical insights into actionable innovation. You’ll find him deep in the data one moment and sparking cross-team collaboration the next, always driving toward the next mission-making breakthrough.
Three decades of government and commercial consulting have honed his approach: rigorous analysis meets creative vision. His economics and MBA training from Duke University grounds his strategic thinking, while Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and Project Management Professional (PMP) certifications provide the framework to scale validated solutions across organizations.
At home in Fairfax, he shares life with his wife Debbie, CFO at Legal Services Corporation, as they continue to navigate their new chapter as empty-nesters with their daughter studying to be a UX/UI Designer in the grad program at VCU’s Brandcenter and their son studying commerce and playing baseball at UVA.
Jack’s leadership philosophy:
“The best leaders are like mirrors: they reflect the best in their team members, kindly show them where they can improve, and then step aside to let them shine.”
