Here’s how our process works
Apply directly to new opportunities on our main “Careers Page”. In the event a role isn’t currently available, we encourage you to apply to our Future Interest in Evans position for our position pipeline.
Initial phone screen conducted with the Recruiter of the Evans team after your application has been received.
This is a phone call discussing your general background to learn of your experience, career goals, and information such as salary and hybrid availability.
Phone screen with the Hiring Manager to discuss your experience and provide insights into team dynamics, day to day responsibilities, and role expectations.
A written sample is required before the interview process. This may include a BPI (Business Process Improvement) example outlining a problem you solved and/or a writing sample showcasing your style and drafting skills.
The interview process has two steps: the first focuses on technical skills and role requirements and must be passed to proceed. The second interview assesses cultural values, competencies, and working style. Each interview involves two subject matter experts.
In-person meet & greet with the Hiring Manager IF neither interview was in-person. The client may also request an additional in-person or virtual meet & greet.
